Customer toilets and baby changing facilities

Toilets, disabled toilets and baby changing facilities are located on the upper level of the centre.

Information

An information kiosk and maps of the centre can be found on the ground level of the centre. 

 Lost and Found

If you would like to report a missing item, please contact the customer services team on 0161 339 6228. All lost property is logged and kept on site for three months. 

First Aid

All of our security guards are trained in first aid for your safety. In the event of an accident, please contact a member of our customer services team at the information kiosk.

Security

The Arcades Shopping Centre has 24 hour CCTV security and regular security patrols throughout the centre.
